Sinus Graft Implant
This case involves both left and right maxillary sinuses descending into the alveolar bone,
resulting in a deficiency of alveolar bone for implant placement. We performed a sinus lift
and bone grafting before placing the implants and completed the prosthesis after osseointegration.
Full-Mouth Fixed Implant Prosthesis
This case involves a patient with edentulous maxilla and mandible.
The maxilla was treated with a complete denture, while the mandible, with bone resorption making denture retention difficult,
was planned for six implants and a fixed prosthesis. We considered occlusal plane, vertical dimension, and lip contour
for the complete denture, and vertical dimension, pronunciation, and mandibular position for the mandible prosthesis
One-Day Implant
This case involves a patient who visited the clinic on the same day due to a fractured right central incisor.
We carefully extracted the fractured root to avoid damaging the alveolar bone, measured the length
and width of the alveolar bone with CT, and inserted an appropriately sized implant.
※ If the implant stability measurement was above 65, we provided a prosthesis on the same day to enable the patient to return to daily life.
Sinus Lift Implant
This case involves a 50-year-old female patient who had dentures after tooth extraction in her youth.
Complaining of the inconvenience of removable dentures, we performed a sinus lift and bone grafting
after extraction to place implants securely in the posterior maxilla and mandibular areas, restoring them with implants.
The implants were placed in 2009 and have been maintained healthily with regular check-ups since.
Full-Mouth Implant Prosthesis
This case involves a male patient in his 60s. After extracting the remaining teeth,
we established the implant positions to support the posterior teeth securely and
restore the function of the anterior teeth. We used a navigation system to determine
the placement and analyzed CT images before performing the surgery, successfully completing the implant prosthesis.
